The Lviv football market was shaken by a sensational event: the founder of FC «Rukh», Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy, made an extremely profitable deal, selling two experienced players — Vitaliy Kholod and Rostyslav Lyakh — for €1 million. • Digitalization and Big Data: A digital monitoring system has been in place here for over a year and a half. Every morning, players start with a survey in a mobile app about their stress levels, sleep quality, and muscle condition.
• Individual methodology: Separate programs have been developed for each age group. Players analyze videos of world stars (such as Pedri) and work on their own performance profiles.
• Eco-friendly nutrition: The academy has its own farm with Jersey cows. Fresh milk and selected products provide young athletes with an ideal diet, approved by nutritionists.

Thanks to the professional approach of a team of over 200 specialists, «Rukh's» players are already becoming champions of Ukraine (U-16) and winning on the international stage, including at the Al Ahly International Cup in Cairo.

Hryhoriy Petrovich Kozlovskyy personally oversees the processes, knowing almost every student by name.
