Russians have fired missiles at the city of Dnipro and now 18 people are known to have been injured, the chairman of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration, Serhiy Lysak, has said.

According to him, 12 people were hospitalised, among them five children. The official visited the boys and girls in the hospital and released photos from his visit.

"Now their condition is assessed by doctors as medium severity. However, they say everything will be fine," Lysak said.
